Last week Friday I went to my local FFL to order myself a Glock 23 since he have to special order it (Blue Label), instead he show me a 4th Gen Glock 22 to see if I was interested in it. The original person he order for was no longer interested in it and he can only sell it to LEO/MIL. I was messing around with it and I like it so I cave in. I shot it this weekend and it shot great, the new spring assembly does decrease the felt recoil. This week roll by and I was just dreaming about the Glock 23 that I gave away in December. So on Tuesday I went back and order myself a Glock 23 RTF2 and it came in today!!! I am still excited!!!

WTG. nothing like buying more Glocks. I don't have one of the new Gen4's yet, but will someday just not sure how well I like them.

How do you like the texture on the 23 ? I don't like the serrations , but I think I would like the texture .

Gunny I like the gen4. Better mag release button is what really stood out to me. I like it over the RTF2.

the RTF2 has "fish gills" and texture on grip is different. Also, Gen4 has interchangeable backstrap plus a different mag release. top pic is Gen4 and bottom pic is the 23 RTF2.

Man, I wished the gills were in opposite direction.
