I've noticed there is never a shortage of opinions here, so here's one for ya. Thinking of picking up a G27 for CC purposes and my sig aholic buddy is trying to put me on one of his p220 compacts since I like .45s. I'm not worried about the price difference, but am leaning towards the Glock for weight, round capacity ease of concealment etc. What do you guys think?

I have a G27 and a sig P245 (similar to the 220 compact) and I carry the G27 because of the weight difference.

I much prefer the P220 because of the tighter chamber tolerances than the Glocks, less chance of a catastrophic failure. Just my opinion :2c:

Why not just buy a Glock 36 and have the best of both worlds. Plenty of 45 rounds and carries nice in a crossbreed. JMO.
