In the $500 range I'd recommend a armscor gun(which includes rock island armory, high standard, and ive heard good things about citadel, but not nearly as much)
Good 1911 for around $500?
What do you all recommend for a 1911? Don't (read "can't afford") want a $1000 one. Had a Springfield but have to send it back to the KIA Soldier's dad (I posted it a little while back). Like that pistol very well and would want something like that.
