PSA has complete blem (cosmetic blemished) PA10 (AR10) lowers for $189.99:

http://palmettostatearmory.com/inde...308-complete-classic-lower-receiver-blem.html

And 9mm "conversion" AR15 complete lowers (with the magazine block installed and the un-notched hammer) for $169.99:

http://palmettostatearmory.com/inde...sa-ar15-9mm-conversion-lower-classic-blk.html

Or AR15 blem complete lowers for $129.99:

http://palmettostatearmory.com/index.php/catalog/product/view/id/14434/category/4276/

Shipping for me to my transferring FFL on the AR15 9mm conversion complete lower and the blem PA10 complete lower ran $26.

With current (non-sale) pricing on the uppers you could build a complete PA10 for ~$690 and a complete 9mm AR15 for ~$490 (you'd still have to buy magazines). Anyway, I thought those were interesting deals. I didn't order the uppers now, I'll wait for a future PSA sale to get those. The lowers in question have the collapsible stocks installed and have machined aluminum lower receivers, not poly.

For those of you with mouseguns to feed, PSA has boxes of Fiocchi .25ACP for $9.99 a box. Even with the shipping that's the best price on .25ACP I've seen since the newtown panic. The ground shipping of up to 7 boxes to my location is $8.50. It jumps to $12.50 at 8 boxes:

Fiocchi .25 ACP/6.35 Browning 50gr FMJ 50rds 25AP

It's supposed to have already ended, but the price was still good when I put some in the cart.

And now the .32ACP Fiocchi is $9.99 a box at PSA:

Fiocchi 32 Auto 73gr FMJ 50rds Ammunition - 32AP

And the Federal American Eagle .45ACP is $12.99 a box:

American Eagle 45 ACP 230gr FMJ Ammunition 50rds - AE45A50

The .25ACP Fiocchi is still available at $9.99 a box. I suspect they really just allocate some amount of the ammo to sell at the price point and sell it until it's all gone, irrespective of the offer "expiration date".

Best prices I've seen on .25ACP and .32ACP I've seen in ages. The mouse guns eat tonight! :D

I was impressed by some of the BF (still going on) reloading deals (especially on die sets) that palmettostatearmory.com has going on (not a place I normally think to look for reloading stuff). I ordered the following:

Product Name Price Qty Subtotal

Nosler 44 Caliber (.429) 200gr Jacketed Hollow Point Bullets 250ct - 44846
$31.99 1 $31.99
RCBS - Cowboy Carbide 3-Die Set 45 S&W Schofield, 45 Colt (Long Colt) - 19151
$32.99 1 $32.99
RCBS - Taper Crimp Seater Die 380 ACP - 20462
$10.99 1 $10.99
RCBS - Carbide 3-Die Set with Taper Crimp 9mm Luger - 20515
$28.99 1 $28.99
RCBS - Small Base 2-Die Set 308 Winchester - 15503
$20.99 1 $20.99

They also have the standard (non-Cowboy) .45 LC carbide die set for ~$29, but I decided it was worth a few extra bucks for the cowboy set (better expander for seating lead bullets). I ordered the 9mm set (which I already have) mainly to get the taper crimp die, since you get the whole set for the price of the TC die, pretty much. I tried to order quantity 2 of the 250 bullet Nosler 44 bullets, but it only allowed one in my cart.

Carbide RCBS .45ACP die sets are also ~$29. I haven't seen pricing like this on carbide die sets in a while.

Link to the BF reloading deals category:

BF Reloading - Black Friday

I'd list my general preference in die sets, in order of preference, as something like: Redding, RCBS, Lyman, Hornady, Lee

Redding dies have pretty much priced themselves out of my price range though and RCBS is usually pretty pricey unless you run across a deal like this. I have die sets from all 5, along with some from lesser known and defunct companies (Dillon isn't lesser known, I just don't recall having any of theirs as yet).

I saw these in an email ad CDNN sent me. Did some research, and this looks to be a pretty good deal on them. Loosely, they are a higher capacity sort of clone of a CZ97 (they actually licensed with CZ), double stack, 14 round mag, 15 with one in the chamber, and oh yeah, .45ACP. All steel, internal slide rails, fully adjustable 3-dot sights, and reportedly a better trigger than the CZ97 (they've been around for a while and a number of people with CZ97s seem to have sold them off and kept one of these to replace it). $369 is a pretty good price on them (best for a while from what I could determine and around half of what a new CZ97B would run). Spare mags are $29 each (it only comes with one):

CDNN SPORTS - EAA SAR K2 45ACP

Very high capacity even for a double stack .45. Not sure how much longer the sale price is good (current stock show 19 units left...make that 15...11...10...7...all gone).

ALL GONE as of 3PM 12/8

The CDNN FFL finder shows a bunch of dealers within 25 miles of Pelahatchie (39145), including 2 in Brandon, that already have FFLs on file and have registered with CDNN (the ones that are green), one that charges $20 and the other charges $25 for a transfer.

CDNN SPORTS - FIND AN FFL DEALER NEAR YOU

Proudly working as an enabler to get others to spend their money on firearms for over 30 years. :D

(There's a Western Auto store, with an FFL, in "Morton"? I thought Western Auto went extinct decades ago!)

Just ran across this thread on them over on the akfiles:

Western Auto in Morton closed about 1 year ago. No pawn shops in Pelahatchie. I checked the CDNN FFL page and called several listed with no response. I then called Safe Fire (CWINK on here) and he is transferring it! Thanks for the help!!
Awesome! I think you got in just under the wire, they're down to 7 of them left right now (from 19 the other day). I suspect they'll all be gone within the next day or two.

ALL GONE as of 3PM

Anybody got one? Decent gun?
Since it doesn't say otherwise, I'd assume polymer lower. Poly wanna cracker? Just not fond of polymer lowers myself 'cause I was born in the age of dinosaurs or something. If you want a polymer lower AR15, it looks like it may be a good deal (but no reviews at SG on it yet).

No reviews but there is a Q&A section with some answers.

Thank you for your question.

The lower received is made of 7075 T6 Forged Aluminum.
Cool, thanks for the follow-up's clarifying that. SG made a point of mentioning the aluminum upper on the ad page, but didn't mention the lower, so I assumed the worst.

If you are a member of the buyers club, you could use 4-pay (charged to your credit card in four monthly payments of ~$119) for the Anderson AR-15 carbine. Moot point right now though as they now show sold out at SG this morning.

SG is selling a lot of stuff because of 4-pay. I was tempted by the (now expired) Ruger LCP for $199 deal on 4-pay. It came back once already, so it may reappear again. If you're thinking about joining the buyers club, always answer "no" the first time they ask (at the beginning of the checkout process) if you want to join, then they usually offer you a better deal on it.

Not sure if this is anyone's cup o' tea here, but ran across this deal at CDNN searching for something else. It's the .480 Ruger Super Redhawk 7.5" bbl stainless for $699, which, as these things go, I am fairly certain is a very good deal on a new Super Redhawk (they had 12 left in stock when I looked just now):

I always liked the plain jane, Redhawk. But does sound like a really good price.
I played with that model Super Redhawk today at a LGS. It didn't feel bad and didn't feel as unwieldy as I had anticipated might be the case. Per the owner, the purchaser and his brother bought identical .480 Ruger Super Redhawks the same day (they ordered them at the same time). They both shot the brother's Super Redhawk at the range. After that experience, the guy brought his, still unfired, back to the store and traded it in. We saw a lot of similar cases back years ago when the S&W Model 29 and .44 Mag were new. Lots and lots of "only used (some dropped) once" S&W Model 29's back then. Wish I had picked one up then (a couple of my friends did; I got a Ruger Super Blackhawk). A lot of guys with little or no firearms experience raced out and bought new 29's after they saw "Dirty Harry", then sold them (for substantially less than they paid, usually) a day or two after they tried them out at the range. :D

Of the new handguns I tend to be interested in, CDNN has had the majority of things I considered "bargains" this holiday season. They better stop it. Eating dogfood is getting old...

I wonder if those are leftover old model LCPs (with the really long trigger pull).
Dunno. They blew a bunch out at Christmas from Sportsmansguide for $199 as well (available with 4-pay if you were a buyers club member) and I seem to recall that CDNN did as well. Not sure how old they are, but they appear to have sold a bunch of them for that sort of pricing the past few months.

If anyone is in the market for an Archer (Polish Beryl/.223 AK), $799 is the best price I can recall ever seeing for one (though you would have to deal with IO, the rifles are made in Poland by FB):

Polish Beryl Archer Rifle 5.56NATO

The $799 is the base price without the options (they are trumpeting the "package deal", but you can order just the rifle). I would definitely look into getting some (surplus) Polish mags though rather than the Promag that comes with it. (The "green" translucent mags seem to be the most sought after, but the most expensive, the black plastic surplus mags should be fine, early production clear mags had a rep for cracking, not sure about later production).

Various stuff (including the Picatinny rails) available here:

RTG Parts - Gun Parts and Militaria - RTG Parts, LLC

I'd put myself on the email list to be notified for the Polish surplus mags at RobertRTG, if you decide to get one.
