Good Deals Thread

I've seen this on a couple other forums and really like the idea. Basically, post up good deals that you have found while shopping on the web or in the "real world." No advertising stuff for sale - there's a For Sale forum for that. Just point your fellow gun owners to deals that may be of interest to them.

I'll start with an example:

I suppose if you really, really need it -- maybe a new gun owner, for example -- then it does.
I think I'd rather throw rocks than give them that price :)

Rising prices are good. It keeps us from buying it all and allows people that really need it to find some.

If I were a new gun owner -- and I'm not -- then I'd probably only buy a 50-rd box of FMJ and a 20-rd box of JHP SD ammo for my handgun at those prices!

I haven't bought factory ammo (other than rimfire) in at least a decade so doesn't affect me (other than maybe convince me to sell some) but still. Having a hard time explaining the price rise (to this level) on anything other than price gouging.

Maybe we can borrow/buy some ammo from that billion rounds that DHS bought a few years ago?

They don't seem to be using much of it ... at least not in Seattle or Portland anyway.

Could probably pay their entire budget for the next couple of years if they sold it :)

Crazy to think a case of ammo is going for more than the rifle

$369.99 at Grabagun.

Grabagun charges MS sales tax now.

I don't know if they'll participate in our 2A Tax-Free weekend or not.

$599.99. Free shipping.

They may not charge MS sales tax.

Not a great price -- at all, but it's in stock as of posting.

How bad do you need it, I guess?

There's no question about that! I haven't seen any .223/5.56 stay in stock regardless of price. Excluding the match grade ammo in 20 rnd boxes.
