There is a good chance most of the pavilion slab will be poured this week.

Materials are onsite and Magnolia's President is working with the contractor. The East end is where the restrooms will be and will be poured later. After the restroom layout is finalized and rough-in plumbing installed, the second slab pour will happen.

Other good new.......................

Almost all of the door prizes for Magnolia's annual meeting have been received.

6 LEE Challenger reloading kits and 4 RCBS Rock Chucker Master reloading kits.

This is just a small portion of the door prizes. In addition to many other smaller prizes, there are 30 long guns and 2 handguns.

Looks like the slab is just in the nick of time for our meeting! :2tup:
Nice prizes too :bravo: . I think this is the first time we've had reloading kits as prizes since I've been a member here. :sheep:

I sure hope MRP members appreciate how a good a club you guys have. It is one of the very few I've ever seen that truly caters to it's members and then still "gives back." I've enjoyed shooting there and find a true sense of camaraderie, sharing, and good humor. Keep it up.

Actualy Magnolia R&P Club and MSGO are two separate identies. Magnolia Rifle & Pistol Club is the range itself; often called Magnolia. MSGO is for MSGunOwners.com - membership on this Board.

If you come to the meeting a join the Magnolia R&P Club the morning of March 5th, you will be eligible for the door prizes given away later that afternoon.

One of the first things they teach you about construction is that there are two types of slabs: those that HAVE cracks and those that WILL have cracks. Some people walking on it will have zero effect.
