I heard you and Captain discussing reloading in the van at Camp McCain. I didn't realize you were so "young" at reloading.

The first round that go bang and not BOOM or pop is a GOOD start. CONGRATS on your first rounds.

IMHO...I'd start with 38 specials and leave the magnum loads alone for a while...

U aint gotta have a Dillon any more than U need a Mercedes for your first car

Buying the best equipment won't necessarily get you the best ammo...

U need to learn WTF you are doing...Use some cheap Lee single stage stuff...You run into problems...figure em out....

all a fancy progressive will do to you right now is potentially frustrate you...plus if it aint set right it will make u a pile of sh!t ammo...in a hurry...what good is that

Learn what you are doing...read reloading manuals..I still am...I've had a Lee turret (neutered) single stage for 25 years...it does everything I need it to do

He did a great job, paid close attention, and was soaking up info like a sponge, also was asking good questions. Heck, his first loaded rounds looked better than my first try over 20yrs ago.
