My buddy @savageshooter took me to visit this facility yesterday. I have to say, i thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The place was reasonably clean (except for some spent 22 brass), easy to get to, and well maintained. There were plenty of covered bays with defined lanes. They were setup with a variety of targets from 15 yards out to 400 yards.

While the location may not win any awards for fancy, it certainly has functional down and, from what I understand, the memberships are reasonable. I will definitely consider joining this club.

It was about a 20 minute ride from Petal.

Wow that's a lot different from when I was a member 10-15ish years ago. Didn't think had that long of a distance. Being closed during deer season/perfect weather for range days is what keeps me from joining. Guess I'm not a hard core enough deer hunter

They stretched it out to 400 about six years ago or so. I agree on the closed during deer season, but that's not why I quit. I just got to where it was too hard for me to load up and go very often. And of all the times I went, there waa only one other person there on two occasions. The rest of the time, I had it all to myself.

I agree the only downside to this range is winter closure
