Who here has one? What have you done to it? I just got one of the first anniversary titanium sd ones, was too good a deal to pass up. I can see this might get expensive mod wise. I'll be ordering one of the telescoping stocks asap for it. Pictures coming when I get to the house later.

Well, everybody at the range today pretty much talked me into keeping it. I can tell im going to need more mags though, its real easy to empty the 3 i have really quick.

I had good success with the Federal bulk pack when I had mine. Also shot lots of CCI Mini-Mags through mine. Tons of fun.

I just read where ati has a 110rd magazine coming out latter part of the year. Some were released first of this year but ive been unable to find one of those to buy.

I just put a cocking tube buffer in mine and have a screw upgrade kit that I am going to put in whenever I get the time. Not very exciting mods, but hey they were cheap. Trying to figure out which scope and mount to put on it.

I bought one of the ncstar scope mounts for a mp5 at the last gun show for this one, it fits great and is very solid.. only cost $15. I may still sell mine, but if i dont i will change the stock next.
What screw upgrade kit? havent seen that. If i keep it and do the stock swap ill change it to the hk pushpins instead of the screws holding the stock and forend on.

I have two. I own the GSG-5PK and GSG-5SD. Both are great shooters straight out of the box. I haven't modified either of them yet except to add a telescoping stock to the SD.

I usually shoot the Federal bulk copper plated ammo through them and they like it very well. Some times when I find a deal on CCI Mini-Mags I'll use that instead.

What brand of stock did you go with? I cant decide between one like yours or the side folding. Btw i just read that the ati 110rd mags will be out around Christmas, ill probably get 2.... though it would be nice to carry a whole brick of ammo already in mags wouldnt it?

I though these guns were no longer imported due to lawsuits for copying H&K...

all remaining inventory had to be cleared out by 1/31/10

I'd bet getting parts for them is a tough..or will be soon...I almost bought one a little over a year ago but thought the wanna be suppressor thing to be kinda lame

They had to cosmetically modify the design to comply with hk wishes. Very little was changed. They are still selling the modified design. They are well made guns, fairly simple too. Much much better than the hk pos made by umarex. Main reason i sold this one was i want to do a sbr build with one and i would have had to change too much on this gun to make it what i wanted the finished product to be. And i have to buy tires asap, so it got put up for sale.

You havent seen me driving my ragtop mustang, its really hard on tires and its never met a gas pump it didnt like. Cant wait for spring so i can get it back out on the road again.
