Anyone going to th gun show oct 9-10? I am going to set up as my safe is overflowing. Stop by and see me. I would like to meet other members, not trying to sell you anything, just networking. If you get down there call me and I'll let you know where I am set up Wiley Burt 601-668-7406 As my friend Russell pointed out gun show is 9-10 not 19-20 . Thanks I would be a few day short and a few (hopefully) a few dollors short

Admission should be $8, thats what this promoter usually charges.
Heres the convention center on google maps, or follow signs for the planetarium.. its next door. Click the first link on the section to the left on the map, that will highlight the convention center.

agreed
I'll be around some time Saturday. No table for me just cruising for deal and seeing if somebody wants to buy a 1911.

...only if they're loaded.
Do gun show vendors accept checks & credit cards?
Credit cards for sure. I've given them checks, too.

One charged me 3% more for use of a credit card.
For those that do not accept credit/debit cards there should be an ATM on site.

Only if doesnt get stolen the night before like the last few trademart shows
I set up my table this afternoon. I'm about half way down the first aisle on the right against the wall. Come by and see me if you get a chance. I haven't met any MSGO members yet. I'll have my name tag on.

I setup this afternoon as well. Look for me (the name is Corey) at one of the four tables under the "Big Daddy's" banner. (2nd row from the right, on the left side of the row near the back of the building) We brought more guns than we had room for so if you guys want to help us make some space by purchasing 15 or so long guns first thing in the morning I'd be very appreciative. :tophat: I don't want to make this too much of a spam post but we will also be purchasing scrap gold, to give you a little extra cash to spend on the great items available at the show. In all seriousness, stop by and say hello, I'd like to meet some MSGO members in person.
It's slow down here today. I finally sold one gun after three hours.
Guess people would rather waste money at the fair than invest it in something useful and worthwhile at the gun show. ;)
Be there with a friend in a few..

Saw you Marty but you looked busy trying to make a sale so we wandered on, sorry for not making it back over to say hello. Most vendors I spoke to said lots of window shoppers but not many buyers.
Picked up a new LCP for 299.00 and some other gear.
I walked thru about 1030 today. I'll look yall up tomorrow.
We had a pretty decent day. Sold about 8-10 guns plus some other items. Hoping for another good day tomorrow.
Went today. Plenty of parking since there wasnt very many people there (But I went late afternoon so that could be why). Saw a couple of things I want but decided I could get them cheaper elsewhere. I did find my next handgun. Asked the wife if she would get me one for Christmas, maybe. RIA 1911. Read good things about them and they wont break our budget.
I went .. I saw....

Well.. I met an MSGO person making/selling knives... that was good!
I wish I had a way of recognizing other MSGO members. Show seemed small, but I spent my few hours there. 8$ to get in,, but real cuties taking your money so I guess that makes it hurt a bit less (hahaha).
I didn't buy anything ( but a $3 drink). I had seen most of the vendors there before. We are all there to make good, so I don't complain. Ammo ( .38) were not a bargain verus say walmart or some such, $15 to $23 per 50 of a brick of 100 for $36.

I did walk around with my DW hanging out, and had fun showing it off. No takers, cause like the vendors... it aint cheap.
Went today, gotta go back tomarrow.....would love.to meet fellow members..its me chainsaw51, and saadams....my table is the one with orange cloths and supressers close to the.back.....come by and say hello...
