It is my final semester of college and we have a capstone class every friday now ( I did have it off) and all we do is take tests on everything we have ever covered and then there are the timed performance tests ( in which i turned my test part down to .048 below tolerance :yell: :tears:
ullhair: ) on top of all that I think I am either exhausted or getting sick (or both) because I dont want to friggin move and I have a fever. So all this is going on and my blood pressure had to be through the roof due to the brutal tests and 4:30 rolls around and I look outside to see my wife parked outside, She had to be @ work at 5 and I allready cleaned up the shop so I left and got in the car (yes...I'm going somewhere with this, just wanted to set the mood). So I pour myself into the car like the gelationous blob that I feel like and my wife says " so where is this pawn shop theyre sending your gun to?" I proceed to give directions and we arrive after narrowly escaping death due to idiot drivers on eason blvd a few times on the way my wife informs me that the shop owner left a message saying that my shotgun had arrived and that I had to hurry because she had to be at work soon. So i went in and filled out the form in a hurry and bypassed the BG check, paid my $20 (having a firearms permit is awfully convienent) and looked over the gun and left...
I guess I could have just said that I got my shotgun today but I am bored out of my mind and dont want to move to go watch tv so I thoought I would be descriptive...
From what I have checked it is in good shape and it feels solid as a brick ( I halfway expected a rattletrap for the price) I wiped it down and removed the magazine plug then loaded it up to be sure I got it right (then unloaded it) I took pics but I havent uploaded them yet. I felt 100% for a little while there but the excitement has died and Im back to feeling like crap status. I plan to take it to the range sometime next week and see how she does.
pics are coming soon
