Gun restrictions never apply to the elite. Ted Kennedy had a bodyguard that was caught trying to enter the Senate Office Building with a full auto UZI. It is OK for them but not for us.

Remember the woman politician from California a few years ago who was an adamant anti-gun liberal. She bought a gun and gave it to her young son in violation of the laws, but nothing was done.
Earlier there was a liberal news reporter in the Washington, DC area who was a very liberal anti-gun person. He used a gun to shoot some kids who had jumped his fence and were in his backyard (in his pool as I recall.)
And remember Bill Clinton said of the "assault weapon ban" that his friends back home were still duck hunting with the same rifles they had always used.

carl Rowan was the reporter that shot the kid. The kid was skinny dipping. He said he was afraid he was concealing a weapon. Rowan's .38 was not registered and he had no permit to possess.
