I tag along with my wife and step son on his quarterly heart Dr. visit in Brookhaven, and they drop me off at The Bullet Hole.... Great indoor range, can shoot pistol calibers and rimfire rifle.... If anyone will be in the Brookhaven area around 1:30 to 3:00 tomorrow, come on by and sling some lead with me.... If you've never been to The Bullet Hole, try it out! Great people, great range, great supplies!!!! :2tup:

Take the south brookhaven exit (hwy 84). Go east. aprox 3 miles you will come to a 4 way stop. Look to your left and you
will see the bullet hole. It is a long thin building on the frontageroad. It is easy to miss. If you see reeds metals on your right thenbullett hole is on your left.

WHOA!!!

That's just backwards, 'rocker.

If you're headed east from interstate 55, Reed's Metals is on the LEFT (north side of 84) and Bullet Hole is on the RIGHT (south side of 84).

Best directions from I-55 are, head east on 84 (from exit 38), drive til you hit the second four-way stop, hang a right at that 4-way and hook around onto the frontage road on the south side of 84 heading back west, Bullet Hole will be just a little piece down the frontage road and on your left.

From the east, coming toward Brookhaven on 84, that same 4-way stop will be the first one you hit after passing Monticello on 84 (as a matter of fact, it'll be the first stop you hit after leaving Laurel, LOL). When you hit that 4-way stop heading west on 84, take a left and cross over to the south side frontage road and hang a right on it. Bullet Hole will be shortly ahead on your left.

Hey Tom.

I'll be pretty wrapped up at work tomorrow, but I'll try to get away for a few minutes and stop in and say howdy. Fridays I usually get away mid-afternoon to go to the bank, so maybe I can make it by then.

Hey Tom,

Sorry I missed you AGAIN.

I was getting ready to head that way about 1:45 when a knuckleheaded customer showed up and blew out the middle of my afternoon. He brought the wrong kind of trailer to pick up some heavy timber that he had ordered and we couldn't load it the way we had it packed up. We had to break down the packs and load it one stick at a time and by the time we got through fooling with him and got him away from there it was about ten minutes 'til 3. AAAARRRRGGGGHHHH!!

Maybe we can meet up for the next Hattiesburg gun show or something.

Ok, turns out we were on the road by 2:45 anyhow....

I made a comment about some ammo that was on the counter, and the owner told me that they now allow ALL calibers of pistols and rifles.... as long as the ammo is soft point....

Is hardball OK for all pistol calibers, even really powerful stuff like 10mm?
