Its a place where people have a boat tied to the front porch so when the river gets up. Skeeters are ginormous down there too.

Yes, Walkiah Bluff is in Ms, near Picayune, and yes we do have to tie our boats to the porch in case the water comes up. It's an awesome place to live!
