Hoster Options? CA Undercover 3"

I'm looking for a good quality, IWB hoster for my Charter Arms 3" .38 Undercover. This is one of the old original Charter Arms Undercovers with the slim wooden grips, 5-shot, un-shrouded rod, hammer. I've heard that it should fit any j-frame holster fine, but I just wanted some more opinions before I start spending. Has anyone had experience with holsters for this gun? Any ideas? Questions, comments, smartalec remarks?

Thanks ya'll.

EDIT: Changed to proper length

Doesn't sound like it, but there's a lot of real estate between 2 and 5 o'clock. 2 to 4 is an easier determination as to which works best as far as right and left handed. 5 and beyond almost demand a left handed holster for a right handed person, or you're trying to draw backwards. Might help to narrow that down a bit or to find an ambidextrious holster that would fit both needs.

I've seen holsters from a company named Tagua, I think?, that might fit your needs. I think Natchez may carry them for $14 or so. They are constructed like the ones Eaglestroker's building, except they have a removable belt clip on one side. They're just a V shaped leather holster that can be reversed and worn on either side, either IWB, or on a belt. I think it takes a few days for them to mold to the shape of your gun and, after they mold, they may lose their ambi capabilities, not sure about that. Eaglestroker may be able to custom build one for you and your gun, though, that might cure that problem. His holsters look very nice and well made, but I'm not sure if he has access to a belt clip or not. Wouldn't hurt to ask and he might be able to give some advice as to what would work best for your needs.

I'm in the process of trying to determine what works best for me, as well. I don't think these holsters will be the ones I end with, but Cheaper Than Dirt carries the Ace Case brand and all are pretty cheap. I'm thinking a tuckable IWB design would be nice and they have some that sell for around $10. Been thinking about ordering a couple just to see how I like them. If nothing else, they should tell me if the basic design is workable, then I can search out a nice leather holster that's similar. I've heard a lot of folks say they love their Taguas, though. Mostly for on the belt use, but folks rave about them. Apparently, they can be used with multiple guns that are similar in size and design. My biggest problem with them is trying to determine which size fits what and that info isn't very forth coming. I suppose they're cheap enough to buy both and I do have small and large guns, but it'd be nice to know what fits on the front end. I'm thinking my most comfortable option would be in the small of my back, but hate to order a left handed holster, if I can't use it. Another thing that needs to be considered is the right cant for you. Some holsters might hold the gun nicely, but be awkward on the draw.
