Was going through some old boxes in the attic this morning and ran across these:






Can not begin to wonder just how long they have been packed away -- 1K CCI L-Rifle / 100 L-Rifle Mag / 400 Winchester L-Pistol / 600 Shotshell --- Must be from the early 80's based on the price marked -- 90cnts for the Large Rifle magnum and $1.20 for the shotshell! Maybe I should just pack them away for another 20years!!

I have some nearly that old that sold for $1.10....and yes they still work.

No. 157 shotgun primers........ Might be hard to find hulls that take those these days................ Isn't everything No. 209 now.....?

I think I still have a 1# can of Win 231 that has a "$9.49 Wal-Mart" sticker on it. Yes..... Wal-Mart.....

In the attic? In MS summers? U must have good ventilation...so much for storing them in a cool place....

I can honestly say that I've never seen a 157 shotshell primer

Oooops....... my bad. The Win 231 was $8.64 from Wal-Mart.....

I think I bought this can of 231 on a trip out of state.... around 1984....

I still use it to transfer 231 from an 8# keg when reloading. Try to keep that 8# keg closed as much as possible.......

I've used primers that ase 30 years old, and still work fine.
