I love 1911's!!!!!!!!

I have never mentioned them because they look big, I like the glock 19 too and some of the S&W, Taurus autos too but i am wondering if a woman like me with small hands could handle the 1911 since its full sized?

I will need to try one out also but just asking.

Anyone got any 1911 pics?

I love silver. Who make the cheapest ones that are of a good quality??

Cause if a man were to really trust his 1911 he would nut up and run it against a glock, but since glocks are so reliable you gotta make them sexy too. :blol: .
that gun bears a striking resemblance to homemade sin.

you cant polish a turd.

yea i dumped alot of money into that glock.. i tried my best to like um
thats yours  ? I thought it was a random google picture...I feel like a jerk now for being so blunt about your gear.
you guys and your bobtails...

Whats wrong with a good old fashioned 1911 grip?
I do like the snakeskin checkering though but 1911s with bobtails are like a mind-blowingly goregous woman with no butt.

not trying to start a flamewar but i think the 1911 is a little outdated
The manual transmission is outdated but still produced and even preferred by some. They even last longer than auto trans.

Land line phones are outdated but when a storm comes through and wrecks the cell towers you find it rather useful.

Vacum tube electronics technology is outdated but musicians prefer amps with tubes in opposition to solid state amplifiers.

"Traditional values" are outdated, thats part of whats wrong with the world.

So when my automatic transmission goes out in my car and I have to walk home to call for a ride to where ever because my cell battery is dead and I get home to find someone with a blatant disregard for traditional values in my home trying to steal my tube amp It will be a 1911 that hes looking down the barrel of and I'm sure it will be every bit as effective as a polygun.

Point being even if it was outdated, the 1911 is tried and true and if it is tried and true and still functional (exceptionally so) how can it be outdated? Not to mention that the 1911 just has class.
