Sorry xd, but that's a factory barrel. That is one of the switch barrel Dan Wesson revolvers, and the model 15-2 was offered with barrel lengths of 2.5, 4, 6, 8, 10, and 15 inches, which is the one listed in that auction. They could be bought with one barrel and other barrels purchased separately, or they could be ordered in "Pistol Pacs" with 3 (or more) barrels that came in a fitted case with the barrel changing tool and clearance gauges.

Yea I've seen other pacs with 15" barrels included. That's just the first one I've seen with it attached. I figure not many people use them. Wonder if the gun has sling swivels? Lol

I have a 744 model w/8" bbl. Yes, they are excellent shooters. Used it in IMHSA competition and when I did my job it would clean the plates. They have great factory triggers and fairly decent sights too.

For those of you that missed this gun, you can buy just the barrel and shroud. Guy has it listed on gunbroker now for a buy it now of like 750!! Holy cow!!
