Dunno how much glue sticks cost. These are $9.50 / 50 and reusable. They've been around for at least 30 years.

I've heard of people using paraffin wax. Much cheaper than glue sticks.

As for the rubber bullets, I use them for .38 special loads in my garage all the time. They're fun as all get out.

The X-ring Brand were my favorite.
