Thank the good Lord for who ever started gunbroker.com my house is almost right again (notice I DID NOT say normal). Hammer placed the winning bid on Miss Hammers very own Savage MarkII TR today. We got it for almost 100 less than what it would have cost to purchase it at a gun store. The transfer is going thru a local guy here at a VERY decent price. So soon, very soon, Miss Hammer should be ready to really compete in the 22LR Fclass matches. Can't wait for it to come in and get the scope on it. She doesnt know its been bought yet. She is ready to hit the range for some quality trigger time and practice. She was pretty upset when she found out the gun at Dick's in Flowood was not what we were told it was and that her daddy didn't get to bring her home her Birthday present. She turns 9 on the 27th of this month so this is her gift from us. We figure she not only deserves this gun but has earned it with her shooting and showing us she is serious about it. She is a good kid with a big heart and attitude that she can do anything she sets her mind to. She is only in 3rd grade but has always had straight As and is reading 2 years above her grade level. We feel that if she can do all of that and be dedicated to shooting like she is she deserves this. Thanks for all the assistance and in put on this guys. We appreciate it.
