So this guy Jack Belk who is an Gunsmith and "Expert" witness in lawsuits against Remington (He is an expert for the plaintiffs) claims under oath that the 700 safety and firing mechinism are unsafe and a cause for accidental firings. When asked to, he was unable to replicate the problem.

Yeah I was not overly impressed by the show or the argument. Especially since in all but one case the gun was not pointed in a safe direction or at an intended target(except in that swat teams case but thank God no one was hurt, when it fired on that house they were raiding)
