1 medium onion, chopped 1 bushel of kale (half one of those big bags) 1lb of sausage, I used pepper jack and green onion deer sausage 1 bell pepper, chopped 1 garlic toe, minced You can remove casing and use crumbled meat or just cut the sausage up after it cooks. I cooked the sausage in one pan on low heat and then cut it up and threw it back in the pan with the juices. Throw the onion and garlic in with some olive oil and sauté until onions are tender and semitransparent. Add kale and cook for 5-10 minutes, your call on tenderness. Enjoy.
