Well, we got to break the kayaks in a little this weekend. Wife and I took the dog to Flint Creek on Saturday, then wife and I floated Red Creek with her brother, his wife, and their 37 kids. Couldn't bring the dog, cause he don't like kids (I knew there was a reason he's my favorite dog!).

Spent a couple hours just getting him used to riding in the kayak Saturday. He had a grand ole time! I don't think he cares what we do, as long as he can stay with momma!

Made the mistake of letting him ride inside the truck - now he thinks he gets to go every time. The way he acted when we left him home Sunday, you would think we broke his heart, poor thing!

Are they allowing swimming at Flint Creek yet? I called them a couple weeks ago, and was told they were open for campers, but not day-use swimming.

Tell Cliff & Mandy and them 37 kids "Brother Steve" says hey.

There were signs posted saying "Beaches Closed" (we were at the jet ski area)
