I had trouble with my 124 grain Lee mold bullets keyholing also. I finally figured out it was my velocity that mattered when keyholing. I dropped down in velocity and it stopped the problem. I use hardball mixture, 92% lead, 2% tin and 6% antimony. Try slowing them down and see if it helps. I use these for practice so I'm not worried about power factor.
