So, this happened almost as soon as I started processing the 2K pieces of .223 brass I ordered:

Got on the Lee website to order spares. They're $3.50 apiece, no big deal, put 5 in my cart, click on CHECK OUT. Got a message saying as a "Special Price" for me, they're free - all I had to pay was $8.40 in shipping. Came in the mail about 3 days later.

Got to watch those cases. They maybe brass, but could be berdan primed. I filled a gallon bag from 2 5 gallon buckets.
It was totally my fault - I have my sizer/decapper mounted on my Lyman T-Mag press. I moved the turret while the ram was up, with the decapping pin through the primer hole in a case.

Look on eBay. There are listings for unbreakable pins. They work well. I bought a set of three two/three years ago and haven't broken the first one.
