Two or three barrels? . I. have handled some old revolvers but not old derringers. Is that some that were made in the 1800s in Tennessee? I have read about some old guns made there. You may have to make a lever. Have fun.
It’s a leinad, also had several other names I think. Made in 1980s on up. May still be made. Kits could be bought several years back to build them. It’s affiliated with or Is same company as cobray.

I first saw one in mid 80s.
parts may have to be made if that company does not have them. Labor alone for a Smith to do it would be more than the guns worth several times over.
Id suggest making it a wall hanger
It looks much older but I saw the serial number and figured it might be a replica of a older gun. I like guns like that with character, something a little different.
