Who's all going to the state championship October 2nd & 3rd ?
Looks like those that are going so far are going to stay at the Comfort Inn in Donaldsonville. Phone # 225-264-6006 if anyone wants to make reservations. Should be a good time, they are going to feed us pulled pork after the match saturday with door prize drawings. They gave away some good stuff last year, a nightforce scope, new Kreiger 6mm barrel blank.

Just got a e-mail from Lanny down at Palo Alto, looks like they are filling the spots quick. They are going to limit it to 45 shooters. if you plan on going and have not sent your entry in let me know and I will get the SR-1 form to you.

We made it down for the practice today. We have 7 shooters competeing this week end. Bobby M. from Wayne county, William W. from Laurel, Travis W. from McComb Mstrophyhunter and son C.J. from Brandon, Mildot from Learned and myself from Raymond.
Last count there are 56 shooters signed up maybe a few walkons tomorrow. Winds today were out of the north from 5 to 10 mph. Tomorrow should be 10 to 15. All of us sited in with existing winds so should give us a good start for the morning. Not many pictures now but will try to have better shots tomorrow.
