Wife decided to stay the night with her mother last night and I had some unexpected time on my hands. Got the Garands out last week for a reunion so I thought it would be a good time to look over the Carbines, and get reacquainted with them also.

Awesome Cap.

I tried to get one of each but didn't make the cut on some.

I agree about them being out soon, better get em' while you can folks.

I did end up with some doubles of certain manufacturers as well.

Awesome Captain, Do those mag/stripper clips pouch have a snap on the back?
Cheaper than dirt has the sling/oilers for the carbines. I bought one, I know its not Period correct but it does finish dressing them out.
I have my Dad's check book if you want to sell that rockola. :lol4:

Yep - the puches have the snap on the back -- do not like 'em ... have to tape 'em up to keep them from scratching the stock.

None of my slings/oilers or pouches are original period .. just repros ...

Sorry, the Rockolas are staying around here ... Again, thanks for the kind words!
