Yes and Yes to your first two questions!! I would suggest EARLY - they say renewals will be accepted from 8:00AM to 11:00 AM and would suspect the line to be long.

How will we know they got out payment? Sent mine the other day. Daughter in law sent some scopes overnight for $12. I had promised a guy I would sell it to him for the same cost my son got it out of the PX where they were 1/2 price. Took 11 days to get here and I think the guy got P.O.'ed, don't think he got on the site since.

The rain will definitely cancel any demos that we have scheduled. I plan to purchase a raincoat just in case. It's not looking like we will have a pretty day like in the past.

Yes; however, you will have to attend a Range Usage & Safety course at some point before you receive your member badge.
