Range Complex

The range complex currently consists of eight (8) separate ranges for member use. With the exception of Ranges 4 & 5, all ranges run independently. A brief explanation of each range is provided below:
  • Range #1: This is primarily a handgun range with a covered concrete firing line. However, 22RF rifles/carbines are permitted. The range is approximately 25 yards in depth and host shooting benches. Located on this range are two (2) sets of Steel Plate Racks for member use- one set at 20 yards and one at 15 yards. This range is ideal for those wishing to practice with their handgun as targets can be set at any distance from 5 to 25 yards.
  • Range #2: With the exception of aerial shotgun targets (clays), there is no restriction to the type of firearm that can be used on this range. There is no concrete covered firing line and the first person arriving on this range is responsible for setting the location of the firing line. There are several shooting benches available that can be moved if desired.
  • Range #3: With the exception of aerial shotgun targets (clays) and fully-automatic firearms, there is no restriction to the type of firearm that can be used on this range. This range has 2 separate impact berms with one being at 50 yards and the other at 100 yards. The firing line is concrete and is covered and host shooting benches for member use. This range is ideal for sighting in that hunting rifle from distances of 5 to 100 yards.
  • Range #4: This range is strictly a rifle/carbine range and handguns are not permitted. There are shooting benches provided and the firing line is concrete and covered. There are bullet impact berms are located at 50, 100, 150, and 200 meters. Hot and Cold range periods must be coordinated with Range #5.
  • Range #5: This range is strictly a rifle/carbine range and handguns are not permitted. There are shooting benches provided and the firing line is concrete and covered. There are bullet impact berms are located at 200 and 300 meters. However, target stands can be set at any distance starting at 100 yards. Hot and Cold range periods must be coordinated with Range #4.
  • Range #6: This range is strictly a 100 yard rifle/carbine range and handguns are not permitted. There are shooting benches provided and the firing line is concrete and covered.
  • Range #7: With the exception of aerial shotgun targets (clays) and fully-automatic firearms, there is no restriction to the type of firearm that can be used on this range. The firing line is concrete and covered hosting shooting benches for member use. The bullet impact berm is at 50 yards; however, target stands can be set at any distance from 5 to 50 yards.
  • Range #8: With the exception of aerial shotgun targets (clays), there is no restriction to the type of firearm that can be used on this range. There is no concrete covered firing line; however, a carport type cover is located on the range. The first person arriving on this range is responsible for setting the location of the firing line. There are several shooting benches available and can be moved if desired.
