I have so far avoided the 10/22 bug. I was in Dad's Super Pawn and looked at a Magnumlite in .22 WMR. I think I might like one of these. Does anyone know how accurate they are? Are they worth the $600 they are asking?

No opinions here so I looked elsewhere. On RFC there seem to be three trains of thought; build up a real Ruger by changing out everything except the reciever, build up MR Magnumlite by replacing the trigger group or buying a full custom like a Volquartsen or Kidd. No one mentiond acccuracy, dependability or functionality that much. They seem to feel that more money spent is better. I PMed two MR owners and they get easy MOA @ 100 yds from the bench depending on ammo choices. One guy claims better than that but did a do-it yourself trigger job and shoots lots off the bench.

I think I will order the rifle on Monday. I have a Leupold 3-9X32 that I can put on it for starters. I'll get pictures and a range report as soon as I can.

Back out now! timing issues. Don't know if they solved them yet.
What kind of timing issues would a semi automatic rifle have? The MR Magnumlite is a 10/22 type rifle in 22 WMR.

It looks like this project is on hold for a while. Kahr bought bought Magnum Research in June and shipments of MR firearms stopped in August. No word from Kahr as to why or when production would resume.
