Mr. Doug Bowser turned me onto this company for buying reloaded ammo. he hasnt used them but has heard good things. i think i am gonna order some ammo from them once i get my 38 spl brass collection built up. anyone ever use them?
There is no real advantage to nickel plated brass, except it does not turn green in a leather ctg belt. The nickel plated brass will crack at the neck faster than non-plated brass, reducing the number of times it can be reloaded.
I bought 500 .45 Colt Nickel cases by Remington. They lasted only 3 shots before 30% of them cracked at the neck. I have had no problem with rifle cases that are nickel plated.
Remington replaced the 500 cases with brass non-nickeled cases when I sent them an email and a large number of cracked cases.
