I have a bolt action .270 Mossberg that will not eject the spent case. I dont know if i am using the right terminology, but as the bolt comes back, the "extractor" pulls the brass out of the chamber just fine, but it just sits there when the bolts reaches the rear.

Is there an "ejector" (sorry if wrong term) made into the bolt or is it somewhere else? Wherever it is...it dont work

is the ejector in the bolt assembly? do you have to replace the whole bolt assembly? Again..i hope im using the right terminology.

Im not sure on a mossy. I wouldn't think you would half to replace a whole
lot. Should be an easy fix for a gunsmith. Call up mossy and see what they say.
