Cool, quick question on the savage, is the barrel pinned on or threaded and pinned?
Did you have to remove the pin and cut a relief to get the barrel out or did it come out easily after the pin was drifted out? I have a old stainless 22lr savage laying around along with a old but new gm 1022 barrel cut to 10" so I am thinking of building a dedicated suppressed rifle for a local match shoot. Have a lathe and a mill to make a form 1 intergal can so I have been thinking of doing this for a while. Just need to get off my @ss and get a 22lr reamer.mstrophyhunter said:barrel is pinned and pressed on with lock tight
