MSU shipped my cheese 11/01/17. I paid for it back in August. Now to find some crackers.
Heck yea, great stuff!
Always great to have but especially around the holidays!
Selling 11/01/17 through 12/13/17 or until they run out. I'm thinking about ordering another one.
I tried one of their soft cheeses - the one in the crock, and I wasn't impressed. I want to try some other varieties before I render final judgement.
Heard of, but never tried maybe nows the time
Had some once when son in law was there.
The cheddar and Edam are the best. I prefer the cheddar.
Plus the pot works great for holding change. Love that stuff. You think that's good, try their ice cream and meat. Fine stuff.
Never had MSU cheese, but do enjoy the sharp cheddar that Ms Mary (T&R Dairy) makes.
I love their chocolate milk also.
Ms Mary does farmers markets all the up to Jackson I believe, so if you get a chance, stop by for a sample.

Edam was the one in the crock I tried. I generally love pretty much all cheese but I didn't care for the Edam.
Pretty sure the Edam is the cannon ball...
The jalapeño spread is awesome. Great jalapeño flavor but mild on the heat.
I seem to recall the cheese itself being in a ball but that was sitting inside a crock with a spring lid. Maybe they just sold it that way as a marketing thing. I did save the crock though - nice little MSU trinket to sit on the shelf.
I've been told their ice cream is good too. I need to go over there and try a scoop for myself.
The cheese is the only good thing about MSU.
Do they not have the crocks anymore?
Won't buy anything from MSU since they no longer fly the state flag, they need to give my tax dollars back also.
BIL gives us a cannonball of Edam for Christmas every year. Good stuff.
My brother would give us 1 of each of the cheeses. Had to cost him a fortune. I sure miss him.
