If you look at the link that Rachet provided, you'll also see they sell meat. Holy cow, that is some expensive beef they are selling. They want almost $13/lb for steaks. At that price, they'd better be some really prime steaks.
It is good meat. I used to buy some stuff there when I lived in Starkville. BTW, the ice cream is the best thing they sell. Muscadine Ripple is amazing.
My wife has been getting us the Edam for many years, It has always been a good cheese and makes good Christmas gifts
When I first bought my business, I tried to keep up the some of the practices that the previous owner had done. One was MSU cheese. He gave around 220 bricks of cheese to customers every year. The first couple of years I would go fill the back of a truck up with cheese and then hand them out. Shortly thereafter, the fish business in the county and country went to crap, sales dropped, and I had to cut corners where I could. MSU cheese was one of them. Oh the hell I got for not doing it anymore! People don't care if you're broke, they want their damn cheese!!!!!
That is one thing I miss from owning my business. I used to get a BUNCH of different Christmas gifts.
