This is my Norinco I put all the stainless parts on it to
dress it up a bit.

This is a WW1/WW2 1911 the slide,trigger,hammer,slide release is from ww1 everything else is from ww2.

No the grips aren't springfields I couldn't find springfields anywhere they are made by a guy in Tennessee I can give you his info If you want to look at some stuff he has. And number three is in te safe right now I was too lazy to bring it out when I the reunion

What kinda price would one expect to pay for an original WWI or WWII 1911??? I like the colt repro but would love to have something with some real history behind it....

Well I got a steal on mine in Philadelphia I paid $400 for it and everything is great the only thing I changed really was my recoil spring but other than that I have kinda left it alone but the one in the condition mine was in and better your looking anywhere from $800-1800 for a good one. Now if I was going to sell the one I have right now I would put it up forsale for $800 cause its in pretty good shape it was just reblued years and years back. But it is in good shape. If you email me I can give you a lot more info on the old 1911s since they are my favorite guns.
