I do mine myself I cut as much off the flesh off as I can and submerge the skull in peroxide for a day or two. then I submerge them in bleach. I let them dry hit them with an airbrush it works great just have to watch as to not bleach the base of the horns to much you can stain them back. I used to do taxidermy and this is the way we did them. You can buy a kit that does it through wasco or Dan Chase they both have web sites for taxidermy supplies.
