I recently acquired a Savage 93TR (on the bottom) in 17HMR. This is a new rifle that Savage is offering for 2010. It's got a wood stock that is painted and textured from the factory and a 22" fluted barrel. I stuck a 4.5-14x40 mildot Nikon Buckmaster scope on it. It is a fun little rifle, loved the stock, and decided it was time to build the big brother....
So, here we have the model 12 in 300 WSM. This is the one that Beevo had for sale here a while back. Added a Tactical Works bolt handle, B&C Medalist stock, EGW 20 MOA extended scope base, and a 8.5-25x50 LR VXIII mounted in Burris XTR rings. Haven't shot it yet, literally just got it put together. Think I may need to swap out the medium rings for some lows. The pouch on the stock is a TacOps and has a cheek pad on the other side. I can't wait to stretch the legs on this monster. Time to pick up a set of 300 WSM dies. :cool2g:
