Traded his Desert Eagle 45 for it. I don't know, I'm sure it's a fine weapon, but it surely seemed to me to resemble a very well made pellet pistol. He said he bought it for SD. Is that really viable? The cartridges appeared to be super sonic, at least. Sure hope I'm not in his line of fire when the SHTF. That little projectile looked like it could go through several walls without checking up. Seemed like a glorified target pistol to me. I will say he has good taste in his toys, though.:) He said it handled really well.

I'll pass on one as well. I like big holes punched in paper. I had a .17 Taurus while back and it was accurate, just not my cup of tea.
If he likes it, so be it.
Traded a .45 DE for a 5.7 ????
Starting thread said he traded a Desert Eagle 45. I dunno just saying.
sorry I should have typed differently.

He could have meant one of these:

Other than that, they only make the .357, 44 Mag, and 50 AE in the Desert Eagle. they also have the baby and micro..
its aight, Glocks are tried and true. you should know that and most are priced fair. same as XD or M&P . Plastic is working and being carried/used everyday.
If you thought it was Desert Eagle, it probably was if it was big, just not a 45, but a 44 as suggested above.
