My NEW .17 hmr

Here is my new .17 hmr. It has some customizing done. Trigger, Action, etc. Has a bsa sweet .17 3x9x40 it is very nice and very accurate. Tack Driver so to speak. I zeroed it at 25 yards and a bird landed at 103 yards i dialed to scope to 100 and smoked him so i have to give props to bsa for a very accurate scope for the .17hmr. let me know what you think about the gun.

i just updated some of the info i realized after posting it that i didnt include enough info. Sorry for that. i am on a drilling rig and got side tracked ha.

yeah that aint no crap i am on land so it will be very bad on land. i plan on posting some targets with some 5 shot groups at 100 yrds.

I have a Winchester bipod from WalMart on my Kimber .22. It serves the purpose well enough on a rifle with no recoil.

i guess its just more of the name i want ha i want to be able to say i have a harris bipod on it. i see you have some black guns on your pic are they all yours

No, just the one without optics is mine. That was taken the day BeauBeaux helped me put it together (probably more like he Put it together and I watched). The other 2 are his and KilRoy's, his son.

ha no actually its a marlin. i know i know.... i should of went with the accutrigger but i couldnt pass up on this gun. but it does have a custom trigger and action so its just as good or better that the savage. i was wanting this exact gun but in savage and found this one. its very deadly accurate. very pleased with it makeing a deal on a harris bipod from a guy on here when i get off this darn drilling rig. i will post some more picks with bipod on ha

The ONLY complaint I have with my marlin is the trigger but it sounds like you have that taken care of. The mags are better in the marlins and you can get 7 rounders. Looks good

I am very proud of this one very accurate. If i had it to do again i would buy this same rifle. if ya ll can see anything i need to change or upgrade let me know i am all ears. I am going to add a harris bipod to it as soon as i get home off this drilling rig.

I can't see as where I'd change a thing. Its a beautiful rifle and if its accurate then that is good enought for me!

thanks Joe S. i am fixen to start a couple different project. 1. a completely custom 10/22 2. a long rang .308 3. Have to build my wife a completely custom PINK 10/22 4. hopefully i will have time to squeeze in a new ar-15 setup for varmits with a stainless bull barrel.
