Midway has Wolf Match extra on sale for $6.99 box of 50 or 66 dollars for 500 rounds, think I am going with that. Plus Ill try the CCI Stingers and Remington bulk just to see how they do.

For accuracy, I wouldn't waste my time and money on Stingers or the bulk stuff. For trigger time they are fine though. SK makes some good target ammo for a reasonable cost. Check Lapua and Eley also.

Very true. Mine shoots bulk pack like a shotgun. You can't sight it in if you don't know where it's hitting.

Do NOT.... I repeat, Do NOT shoot CCI Stringers in that gun. First, they might not chamber well due to the longer case, and second, Stingers are ONLY good for exploding water filled pop cans (at close range (not accurate))..........

I suggest you stick with STANDARD velocity ammo. I also suggest (as a start) Wolf Match Target over Match Extra.

What do you all think about Browning Match ammo? I was at Vans today and they had some Eley and SK but the salesman showed me some Browning Subsonic Match that was half the price and told me it was a match for either of the other two.

Never heard of Browning ammo.............. Buy 1 box and try it.

If it's that cheap, try it. I'd buy all three and shoot several 5 or 10 round groups at 50 yards. You need a good rest and low wind.

Didn't know Browning still sold ammo, I have a box of Browning branded 30/30 Win. ammo that's about 35 years old. They used to sell .22 ammo made in Australia if I remember correctly.
