I gave my daughter a 3.3" Black Stainless Steel Pink Polymer .380 and yes it is also a 3 shot before failure handgun. I will be replaceing it as I did my DB380 with a Ruger LC9.......

After a complete take down, all parts cleaned with Hoppe's and then lightly oiled, reassembled, it fires without a hitch, but not very accurate. :thumbup:smoffett said:Have you disassembled the slide and got into the firing pin mechanism? The Taurus semi-autos ship with a thick grease up in there that can cause failure to fire and failure to eject issues. You have to pull the cap at the rear of the slide and get all that gunk outta there. I recommend brake cleaner to get it completely clean. Then put some good oil on it, reassemble, and let us know the results. I would definitely do this before sending it back.
