Yesterday a relative and I acquired a barely used RCBS Rebel Plus reloading kit along with a whole bunch of miscellaneous reloading tools and some components from someone who dove in headfirst into reloading and apparently decided it was not for him. I have reloaded for almost three decades now but do it on the cheap (mostly Lee tools) and have not ventured out much into “nice” tools or anything much associated with precision or match grade dies, etc. This guy bought TWO sets of dies for 6.5 Creedmore - a Lee 4 die set and an RCBS Matchmaster full length bushing die set. He didn’t skimp!

Almost everything I have looked at in the accumulation of stuff is readily identifiable but these little pieces and parts have me stumped. Does anyone recognize them for what they are?

There is a Hornady case comparator and also a Hornady headspace gauge but I can’t see that these could belong to either of those. We are probably going to sell most of this stuff (I will list it all here when I get it all inventoried and priced) and I don’t want to leave out anything.

Thanks for any help.

Well, I see a wrench. But, what it's used for is anyone's guess. Does it fit over the lock nut on any of the dies?

The piece beside the wrench almost loos like it could be a seating stem. Maybe it has a chamfer designed for ELD-type bullets since you say he has 6.5C dies.

The two plastic bits in the second image remind me of the two halves of a large primer adapter for a hand priming tool. Could the rods be primer seating stems? They’re nothing in either photo to offer scale, so I could be way off.

The two plastic ps are part of the RCBS hand primer. Fit the parts together and the protrusion on top is where the shell holder sits. The white is for small primers (in mine). and should be a black piece for large primers. If the other piece in the same pic is a solid piece (can't tell from photo) it is not a piece for the hand primer that would fit mine. The ram in mine are cylindrical shaped , same size top to bottom.

The wrench reminds me a wrench that would be for a bullet sizer that you would use to adjust the pressure on the stick of bullet lube. (total guess)

Thank you gentlemen for the replies. There is an RCBS hand priming tool that came in the Rebel Plus kit. I’ll check that out this evening when I get home. On the little wrench - it’s pretty small. Way too small for dies. Maybe I can figure it out.
Once we figure out what we will keep I’ll get a sale post put up.
Thanks again. Ray

Ok, you folks were right on the plastic pieces and the metal rod next to them. That’s the parts to change out in the RCBS hand priming tool for small primers. The same parts in the tool are black and obviously are for large primers.

The tube is indeed an extension for the powder trickler. The wrench - well, I still have no clue but I am guessing when I start going back through all this stuff I may figure out what it belongs with.

I appreciate the help. After I inventory all this stuff and assign prices, and my cousin and uncle and I all decide what we want to keep, I’ll get a for sale post up. I do have a co-worker interested in the Lee 6.5 dies but suspect the expensive RCBS Matchmaster dies will still be available.

There is an RCBS Rebel Plus reloading kit that will likely be sold as individual components as I have taken a shine to the press! So much nicer than my old Lee turret press. Should be much better for sizing those tough Lake City 7.62 NATO cases, and may do better with seating rifle bullets with no slop like the turret has.

Thanks again for the help.
