That's exactly what I was hoping for in 2011, more paperwork associated with firearm sales.

If these are like the current multiple handgun forms, the guns are detailed (model, serial number, ect) and copies go to the ATF, local PD, and one is filed.

Let's hope this doesn't go through.

personally I think its another tool for the ATF to use against a small gun dealer...mom and pop dealers....turn up the BS factor and more of them give up their FFL's.

Its probably just a minor thing to the customer...so just muck up the works for the dealers enough and they surrender
