Vans had one in stock today. Asked to see it. I really liked it. Had a very nice, smooth trigger pull, much lighter than a DAO gun. It's longer and heavier than a 1911's trigger pull, but not much. The slide was not hard to pull back like most SC 9mms(like a Kel-tec). It had nice white dot sights. Just a sharp gun. Would be a great back up, in a pocket holster.

Guys I shot a solo about 2 weeks ago and had terrible luck with it. I personally shot about 100 rounds through it and it jammed jammed and jammed, even with ball ammo, this model still has some buggs. Subsequently I just traded a S&W J frame for a Kahr, and it ran 200 rounds with absolutly no jams. Just wanted to share my experience.

ha like i said in another thread...i think you forgot the golden rule of a new kimber: replace all springs with Wolff XP springs before first firing. but being such a new gun i doubt there are any replacements out there but factory springs(which are wolff, but not xp).

I'll hold off till they get the kinks worked out of them for sure!

I shot the solo with a professional gun writer, he tried many different configuration s of ammo, light stuf, heavy stuff, FMJ, JHP, and other stuff. LOL it jammed the least with Corbon super hot stuff. Like I said before, I wanted this little beauty to run flawlessly, it didn't.
