Hello everyone. I'm "Odie" Redmond and reside in Brandon, Ms, after retiring from the Mississippi Army National Guard (MSARNG) in 2006. The wife and I are very active at Briar Hill Baptist Church in Florence. We have two grown sons and one grandbaby enroute. I play the guitar/sing at church regularly and at a nursing home once a week, and this comes first and foremost before shooting. I competed in highpower rifle and indoor smallbore for about 10 years while in the MSARNG starting out as a Junior competitor and currently maintain membership in the Magnolia Club, Bryam. I coached and competed on the Biloxi Army National Guard Rifle Team for about 5 of those 10 years (indoor smallbore). My primary goals are: (1) Safety First & Always. (2) Promote shooting particulary the Junior shooters (3) Compete in smallbore prone (4) Support the "CAPTAIN'S" effort(s) in Rimfire F Class. In my amatuer opinion, the Rimfire F Class could very well be an NRA sanctioned event like the current F Class Highpower. I will help anyone within my capablity; however, I have very limited experience with riflescopes and will be learning myself. I own a good Leupold scope, but don't have sense enough somedays to understand what or how to operate the "thing."
Thanks and See Ya on the Range.
