Any word on 600/1000 yard f-class or bench rest competitions yet?

That's a lot closer to me than Pinebelt. How much are the dues?

Website says $300 for single, with one time $150 initiation fee.

Too rich for my blood and as well as most of my friends. Country club of ranges. It's not as nice as Magnolia and more than twice as expensive. Does have a 600 & 1000 yard range though.

I would much prefer to have a place in the county where I could have my own range.

My sweet wife said she would get me a family membership for my birthday. I wonder if you can visit the facilities before you join? I just sent them a email about that.

Yup, think I'll just keep paying $45 for the McHenry Range.

I have my own but I am limited to 96 yards. I would like to have a little longer range to stretch out a few of my rifles.

This. I've heard that completion is planned for most weekends. That would make it tough on a working man who does not care to compete to enjoy his favorite past time on his days off. I will be watching & listening with much interest.

Sorry guys for getting back so late.
You don't have to be a member to shoot the matches. Yes 600 and 1000 yards. 25 shooting points on both. I shoot Palo Alto La every month. I've never been a member.

OK Well Weekends there will be either a 600 or a 1000 yard match. Where is a 100 yard range that points 90 degrees away and a state of the art pistol range also 90 degrees from Long and midrange. Totally different control activities. Neither the 100 nor the pistol will be limited by the two long ranges.

Thanks for the heads up Mr. Suber.
Are they all F-Class or will there be any CMP/NRA style across the course matches?

Johnny I don't know. I know that they have 600 1000 and 100 yard ranges. I don't know why they wouldn't, XTC might be tricky for now.

I'm glad I have my own range although I don't have a thousand yards. I can at least get 785 easily just a 100 yard walk from my back door

How does $75 a year in Sharon sound?

Better, and closer. Is that the old Graves range?
