I believe you will enjoy that smoker, that meat looks SO good!

I'm like a few others, I have a wood burner and like the idea of the ease of use the pellet smokers provide but am still hesitant to pull the trigger. Maybe one day soon...

One general hint about pellet grills I forgot to add based on personal experience is to be careful pouring pellets from the end part of bag into the hopper. No matter how high quality a bag of pellets may be handling and shipping causes a lot of wood dust to collect or settle to the bottom and it will clog the auger and/or fire pot especially on start up. After having to empty an almost full hopper and having to shift the pellets through a sieve to get rid of the wood dust I now only use a large plastic cup to load pellets.
