I find Big Pop shows to be better than all the others, and this one was pretty good, but all these dealers are getting to be the same. Telling you your asking price is too high for your goods then getting upset when you call them out on their prices. I bring stuff to sell to patrons not dealers because it's usually a bargain compared to show prices. It's a shame when I can get a better deal on GB including shipping and any fees than at a show or local store. I'm all about supporting local but there is a line to be drawn. But...I'll prolly still go to the shows to get a current baseline value.

The show and new venue was very good today. Good vendors, a lot of folks attending, decent prices, and good selection. Of course, there were some non-firearm related vendors but that is always to be expected. Y'ALL COME TOMORROW!

I went, and I approve of the new venue. At least the lighting is good, so you can actually see what is offered for sale.

Prices on new guns were basically "new normal", and all the old beater guns that you used-to-could get a deal on are now "vintage" and command a premium.

Ammo is going for "as much as the market will bear", same for reloading components except there wasn't much at all to choose from.

The last show I went to I was overcome by the smell of marijuana! Maybe Pearl won’t allow that there.

Don't know the exact age. They look new by looking at the primers, shiny as the small rifle magnum and large magnum rifle rimers I paid too much for this year. Going to load 50 rounds and see how they do. I don't know how old some of my primers are but I still have Winchester in the orange and white box. I had a couple of cases of them and they are still going bang. They were stored properly.
And don't mention old powder. LOL! I still have some Green Dot in a cardboard 8lb canister. Sticker price on it says $64.99 (I don't shoot much shotgun anymore). Tried some of it last year and it worked well enough to kill a few doves.
